Chichester & ArunHello! I’m Hayley. I’ve lived on the South coast for over 12 years, after moving down from Kent. I have 2 children, Olivia, who’s now an adult at 22 (you might meet her at an event as she’ll be working with me a bit) and Marty who is nearly 7. I’ve been married to my husband Will for nearly 7 years. We have a dog, called Rufus, and a cat, called Jessie, so it’s a very busy household!
I’m passionate about supporting and building community. I chair the PTA, and run the breakfast club at my son’s school, and I own a community café, called The Junction in Clapham village. Pop along for some pottery painting! Before I became a Cafe owner, I ran the local franchise of Sing and Sign baby classes. I love supporting mummies in their journey of motherhood and getting to meet all the amazing babies and toddlers.
I’m a keen crafter, in the little spare time I have. I love to crochet, knit, make items in felt, sew, paint, and stamp. I’ve tried lots of crafts and I’ve always been interested in potting and pottery painting. I’ve always wanted a potter’s wheel and kiln. Pottery Throw Down is one of my favourite things to watch!
I’m really pleased to be part of the Popolo Ceramico team and I'm looking forward to meeting all the parents and their beautiful babies, toddlers, and pets to make some very special items with you all.
