I wanted to do something creative and have a better balance between family and work. I love my job – I love seeing an astonishment in babies’ eyes when they see what mark they created with their hands or feet, excitement and anticipation in children when they receive their pottery box or a bag with their fired masterpieces, and children and adults immersing themselves in the experience of painting ceramics.
